Pregnancy, New Baby and Post Partum

Hey! It's been a long while since I visited this blog.. and a lot  has changed in a girls life. Pregnancy: One of those changes is a beautiful baby boy my husband and I welcomed into the world back in a January. So we certainly have a big family now. And we love it.  However, the journey wasn't easy!  I'm no stranger to pregnancy, labor and post partum. But this last pregnancy broke me down y'all. Having a baby in your late 30's is a lot different than having babies in your 20's. Some may disagree but that was damn sure my experience. I had an eventful pregnancy. Short huuur For the Summer. Look a little closer!

I am usually a long hair don't care kinda gal! Even if it is weave. Recently I got the urge to cut my hair because I simply adore the haircut Ariane from Love and HipHop ATL has. Then I thought about how high maintenance short hair is. So I headed straight to You Tube and found many reviews on this wig ! Yes Wig! She is Fab Fringe by Sensationnel . She is a part of the Bump Wig Collection. Color 1. Very inexpensive.  May I add it is human hair. I have cut , curled and washed her. This by far is my favorite wig thus far. The Journey : Path to Clarity

The light switch turned on last night.  I think I'm tired enough to succeed now. Does that make sense? Well..... For one reason or the other , I haven't reached my definition of success in a couple areas of my beautiful life.  Here is the thing....I always find the strength to motivate, encourage and inspire the next Sista...and even a few Brothas.  Whether it's intentional or unintentional .
